About Us
Welcome to Panchavati Cooperative Housing Society Ltd.
Panchavati Cooperative Housing Society is located in AL-6, Sector 5, Airoli, Navi Mumbai — a residential precinct meticulously planned and developed by the City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra (CIDCO), an autonomous body of the Government of Maharashtra. Originally designed for middle-income groups, the community has since grown to welcome residents from a wide range of backgrounds, adding to its diversity and character.
Our Legacy
The Panchavati Apartment Owners' Association was established in 1989 and registered under the Maharashtra Apartment Ownership Act to manage the affairs of the condominium. The complex comprises five well-structured buildings with 80 spacious flats, each spanning 57.58 sq. meters, designated as AL-6 Type Building Nos. 21 to 25, across a total area of 4,450.60 sq. meters.
On December 12, 2025, marking a significant milestone in our journey, the Association formally transitioned into a Cooperative Housing Society, registered with the Registrar of Cooperative Societies (Reg. No. NBOM/CIDCO/HSG/(T.C)/10910/D.R./2025-26).
